What are the check-in and check-out times for the rooms?

You can check in the apartments from 3:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am.

If I arrive before 15h, can I still use the facilities?

If you arrive before 15h, you can enjoy the common areas such as the swimming pools and also eat in our bar-restaurant.

Can you store my luggage during the day if I have already left the apartment?

We have a free space to store your luggage on the day of arrival and departure. Please ask at reception.

Can I leave the apartment after 11:00 am?

It is possible to leave the apartment later upon availability and at an extra cost. Please ask at reception first.

Can I spend the last day at the swimming pool and bar restaurant?

On the last day you can enjoy the common areas such as the bar restaurant and the swimming pool even if you have returned the key to the apartment.

Can I take a shower and change somewhere if I do not have an apartment?

Apartaments Els Llorers has a courtesy shower area so you can take a shower and/or change your clothes there.

Are animals allowed in the hotel?

Pets are not allowed in our apartments or in our common areas.

How can I pay my reservation?

Both bank cards and cash are accepted at check-in.

Is it necessary to provide my credit card details to make a booking?

It is necessary that you provide your credit card details because depending on the cancellation policy, at some point you may be charged for the first night to guarantee your booking.

What is a Non Refundable or Non Refund rate?

A non-refundable or non refund rate is a more affordable rate than other rates but it has a stricter cancellation policy as it does not accept changes or cancellations and 100% of the amount is paid at the time of booking.

When will I have to pay for my stay in the apartments?

In the case of a normal rate, you will have to pay the amount of the first night 7 days before the arrival. This way the booking will be confirmed. The rest of the stay can be paid upon arrival. In the case of a non-refundable booking, 100% of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.

How can I pay the deposit?

The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card (prior bank authorization).

Is there a car park in the hotel?

The establishment has a free parking area. If this area is full, there are always parking spaces within the perimeter of the establishment.

Is there an Internet connection in the apartments?

Our apartments have free high-speed Internet access.

Is there an Internet connection in the common areas?

Our common areas have free Internet connection.

What are the pool opening times? Where is it located?

We have a swimming pool located behind the reception building in a quieter area and the main pool located in the bar-restaurant area. The swimming pool with slides for children is also located in the main building. Children’s pools are open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and other pools open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Does the safe have an additional cost?

All our apartments have a safe, which has an additional cost you can consult at the reception upon arrival.

Do all rooms have a sea view?

Apartaments Els Llorers has different types of apartments: some have sea views, others have mountain views, and others have pool views.

What happens if I arrive after midnight?

The reception is open 24 hours so there is always a member of the team available on arrival.

Can I have a double bed?

Double beds are available on request at the time of booking.

Can I smoke in the rooms?

All apartments are non-smoking. You can smoke on the terrace.

Can I take programmed trips from the apartments?

Apartaments Els Llorers has an extensive tour service that can be checked on arrival.

Do I have to bring my beach towel?

No. It is not necessary. At check-in, beach and swimming pool towels are provided free of charge.

Is there a supermarket nearby?

There is a supermarket nearby and we have a free shuttle that takes you to the supermarket. It runs daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

How far away is the beach?

The beach is about 900 m away, and we offer a free shuttle service that takes you to and from the beach from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Do you have food for people with allergies?

We have menus to suit all needs but it is important that you inform us before you arrive at reception.
